Continuing a legacy of more than 70 years.
Real estate has been a part of my family's history for generations.
Before World War II, my grandfather, Tatsuzo Namba, operated a transportation business in Kobe. After the war, in 1954, he sought to help revitalize the local community by developing family-owned land in the Fukae area of Kobe. He established Inari Market, a community shopping market, to support local commerce and provide opportunities for small local businesses. In the same year, he opened the Inari Movie Theater, creating a place where local residents could enjoy entertainment and helping restore a sense of community after the war.
As the neighborhood continued to grow, he expanded into apartment development and established a rental property business, laying the foundation for our family's long-standing involvement in real estate.
Sadly, my grandfather passed away at a young age. My grandmother courageously took over the family business while raising their children. Through her strength, resilience, and determination, she preserved the family's real estate business and successfully passed it on to the next generation.
I was born into a family with deep roots in the real estate industry. My father and many of my relatives also worked in real estate, and from an early age I was surrounded by the business.
I spent 27 years learning every aspect of the profession at my father's company before establishing KIAM Co., Ltd.
For me, real estate is more than a profession—it is my family's heritage and my life's work. Carrying forward generations of experience, values, and commitment, I remain dedicated to providing trusted, professional real estate services with integrity, responsibility, and a long-term perspective.
